The Duyong Field was discovered in July,1970 and located approximately 220km off the coast of Terengganu, offshore Malaysia in Block PM6/12 at a water depth of 73.6 metres. The first gas was flowed in December 1984. The Production Sharing Contract (PSC) will expire on 31 March 2033.
The Duyong Field comprises:
a) Processing Hub: Central Processing Platform (CPP) with three bridge-linked platforms comprising the Gas Compression Platform (GCP), Platform-B (DDP-B), Flare Tripod Platform (FTP) and Living Quarters (LQ)
b) Remote drilling platforms: Duyong Drilling Platform-A (DDP-A), Duyong Drilling Duyong Drilling Platform-C (DDP-C); and
c) Collector Platform: Sotong Collector Platform-A (SCP-A).
