COMPANY PROFILE

Konsortium Pelabuhan Kemaman Sdn.Bhd (KPK) was privatized in October 2006 under the privatization agreement with the Federal Government of Malaysia.

KPK is a subsidiary of Eastern Pacific Industrial Corporation Berhad (EPIC), who has PMINT (Perbadanan Memajukan Iktisad Negeri Terengganu) as the biggest shareholder.

KPK has been given the authority to manage the traffic and marine activities at Kemaman Port, which is located on the East of Peninsular Malaysia.

The Port has five major terminals, namely Liquid Chemical Berth (LCB) and East Wharf (EW) both operated by KPK, Kemaman Supply Base managed by Pangkalan Bekalan Kemaman Sdn. Bhd., LPG Export Terminal (ET) operates by PETRONAS and West Wharf (WW) managed by PTB West Wharf Sdn. Bhd.
