JJSB is founded by the late Mr Jok Ding on 19 October 1991.

The main business nature for Jospun Jaya Sendirian Berhad is as a transporter of PETRONAS Petroleum Products.

Currently, there are a total of 96 staffs that are in the Jospun Jaya organization. Besides that, there are a total of 24 active trucks and 43 drivers to supplement the delivery.

Current managing director is Mdm Roselyn Jok.

All drivers at JJSB, a total of 47, are actively involved in safety awareness programs and training to ensure that they are embedded with safety on daily basis, not only that, to prepared and alert them of any unexpected events during offloading at customers, loading at terminal and during they drive their trucks.

JJSB strive to make sure that all of their drivers to get the job done not only efficiently, but with safety as priority as well.

Primarily the product that JJSB delivers is diesel, petrol, and jet A-1. The range of delivery is within Miri, Bintulu, Sibu and Limbang.
